Hi, I’m Carmen Plastro, the founder, head chef, and heart behind Tacos Catering Spot. My journey began on a humble corner of our local street market, armed with a sizzling griddle, a handwritten sign, and a dream to share the tacos I grew up eating.
Tacos, for me, are more than food. They’re a connection to my roots, a reason to gather, laugh, and celebrate life. Every tortilla I flip brings me back to my childhood kitchen—where flavors danced, stories were told, and love was served in every bite.
What started as a one-woman stand has now grown into a full-blown catering team. And while the setup’s a bit bigger, the soul remains the same.
